This Privacy Policy explains how KBWG Ltd, trading as Metis (People & Organisation) Consulting and operating The Cursus Method, collects and uses personal data through this website and through direct contact.

I retain enquiry-related correspondence only for as long as it is reasonable for the purpose of responding to you and maintaining a sensible record of our discussion. Data relating to active client engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with professional and legal obligations.

What information I collect

I collect only the personal data you choose to share with me. This typically includes:

  • Your name and contact details if you complete the contact form, email me, or message me on LinkedIn.

  • Any information you choose to share in your message or in subsequent conversation.

  • Basic correspondence records to allow me to follow up appropriately.

I do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify you personally.

Who else sees it

I share your information only:

  • With Bill Mitchell (see About), and advisers such as legal or financial where reasonably necessary.

  • Where I use standard business tools such as email, calendaring or document storage providers.

  • Where I am legally required to do so.

I will not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Why I collect it

I use your information only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry.

  • Maintain a record of our correspondence.

  • Provide advisory services if we agree to work together.

I do not sell your personal data, and I do not use it for unrelated marketing.
