- your name and contact details - any information you choose to share in your message or during a conversation.

- I do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify you personally, unless clearly stated and with your consent where required.

The lawful basis I generally rely on to use your infornation is legitimate interests (to run and grow my advisory business and respond to enquiries), and, where relevant, contract.

I do not sell your personal data and I do not use it for unrelated marketing.

I may share your information only:

- with professional advisers (such as legal or financial advisers) where reasonably necessary.

- where I use standard business tools such as email, calendaring or document storage providers.

- where I am legally required to do so (for example, to comply with law or respond to a lawful request from authorities).

I will not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
