Why this work matters
... to you and to me.
Most of the conversation about AI is about what it can do, not how. If 'how' is discussed, then it's in the realm of technology-literacy. Which is fine excpet that it misses a key point.
Many organisations are leaning into AI because it is there, before they have a clear view of how to use it and to what purpose. At the same time, HR - which sits at the most relevant intersection between work and people - is often focused on compliance, policies and programmes, and its use of AI tends to start and end within its own function.
I believe there is a better way, starting with the critical workflows that generate most of your organisation's value. Then look at the decisions that matter, the workflows that carry those decisions, and the systems that shape day‑to‑day behaviour.
Then ask what kind of technology, if any, will help, and to what purpose.
So, it's not a question of technology-literacy, but of how work flows through your orgnisation. Technology is just a tool for making the flow better.
How I Work
... with calm, precision and challenge.
My style is calm, precise and challenging. I will ask direct questions, offer a clear view, and work with you to make change practical, robust and repeatable.
I focus on a small number of things that really matter - often one critical workflow at a time - and test whether changes actually deliver improved business putcomes while at the same time making life better for the people who have to live with them.
The benefit to you and your organisation is that the change is focused, manageable, practical. And just as importantly, it's robust, repeatable and scalable. And because it's targeted and discrete, it's both efficient in time and money.
