My Story
I have spent forty years in international leadership roles, focused on business improvement rather than HR for its own sake. My work has ranged from restructuring and M&A through to scaling and workforce transformation across Europe, North America and Asia‑Pacific.
That experience has convinced me that most performance problems are system problems; how decisions are made, how work really flows, and how people are asked to carry the load.
In an AI‑enabled world, that system lens matters more than ever.
