My Focus

I have led and contributed to many aspects of business and organisation change, from restructuring and M&A integrations to scaling in fast‑growth environments. That work has taken me across Europe, North America and Asia‑Pacific and into boardrooms where the presenting issue is often very different from the real constraint.

Today, as Director of Metis (People & Organisation) Consulting and an independent business adviser, I work with CEOs, Chairs, investors and CHROs at the intersection of people, work and technology. My focus is on practical redesign of critical workflows and organisational systems so AI can be used safely and effectively - without losing sight of the people doing the work.

My motivation is to improve business outcomes for the benefit of customers, employees and the shareholders.
